Tiy: arbitrators in the Costa Rica Packet case, arising out of the deten tion of the ship by the Dutch in Java have awarded the owners of the vessel £3800, Captain Carpenter £3150, and the officers and crew £1600, with interest, since November, 1891. The Dutch authorities are also mulcted in £250 us costs.
