Rekfton, Saturday. In tho District; Court, P. H, Kjngswell sued Jacob Leman for £339, loss on shares through alleged misrepresentation, Plaintiff claimed that defendant had superior knowledge owing to the presence of a brother in London, and that the shares rose after he sold. Plaintiff was nonsuited with costs.
