The City Council of Dunodiu invites Competitive Schemes for tho Drainage and Sewerage of the City of Dunedin, and for the ultimate disposal of the storm water and sewage. Premiums of £300, £200, and £100 will be paid to the authors of schemes placed first, second, and third, respectively, according to their order of merit Trie order of merit will be determined by nil ex-: pert or Board of Experts (to be hereafter appointed by the City Council).
