This was a case to recover 16s 3d, two years rates due, and £3 incurred by the Board in cutting furze opposite defendant's land. Mr. Keetley appeared for the plaintiff Board, and defendant appeared in person. Mr Mclnness, clerk to the Board, proved the case. Judgment was given for £3 ifia 3d with costs, £2 9s.
