Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. London, May 9. The Prince of Wales paid a visit to the Imperial Institute to-day. Three hundred guineas have been paid for the use of houses in Queens Gate and Kensington Road (S.W.) overlooking the route which the opening procession will take on Monday. London, May 10. Lord Herschell will be created an extra Knight of the Bath, and Sir F. Abel receives a baronetcy, in connection with the opening of the Imperial Institute.
