Not long since, while a number of butchers were cutting up pigs' carcases at St, John-street, West Smithneld, they made a remarkable discovery. In the stomach of one of the pigs was found a diamond ring, which had been doubtless picked up by the pig while feeding. The ring contained two large diamonds, and was worth a considerable sum. JJR.
