CHARGE OF MURDER.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wanoanux, Wednesday. The case against Airs. I'cyman for the alleged murder of Emily Kate Spicer through the performance of an operation to procure abortion, occupied the Buprome Court all thi* morning, and is expected to continue to-morrow. Mr. Fitzhorbert appears for the Crown, and Mr. David Hogz for the prisoner. Tho examination in chief was a recapitulation of the evidence adduced at the coronial inquiry.
