I THE UNDERSIGNED, hereby make > application to register the lona Gold Mining Company (No Liability) as a No liability Mining Company under the provisions of tho " No Liability Mining Companies Act of 1S81." 1. The name of the Company is to be tho lona Gold Mining Company (No Liability). 2. Tho place of intended operations is at Kuaotnnu, in the Land District of Coromandel, Colony of New Zealand. 3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at No. 108, Pitt-street, Sydney, in the Colony of Now South Wales. 4. Tho value of the Company's plant and machinery is nil. G. The Company's mine consists of Ten Acres of Leasehold land held under Mining License, dated eighth May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, and granted to Donald Bin oil McDonald for the term of twenty-one years, by the Warden of the liauraki Mining District, subject to the conditions of " The Mining Act of 1880." 6. Tho amount of money at the Company's credit is two hundred and llfty pounds, and the total liability of the Company is five hundred pounds. 7. The nominal Capital of the Company is fifteen thousand pounds in tlfty thousand shares of six shillings each, twenty-five thousand of which shares are paid up to live shillings each and the remaining twenty-live thousand are paid up to sixpence each. 5.
