Anrkland Hydropathy. JjpW ZEALAND HYDROPATHIC AND FRUIT HOSPITAL. To the Editor of the Herald. July IS, 1890. Slß,—Will you allow me through your valuable columns to make a statement that I trust may be ol benefit to suffering humanity. Three months ago, acting on the advice of mj .sister, I came from Hokiauga to Auckland for the purpose of trying Mr. Warmoll's Hydropathic treat) ment and Edenic diet. I entered this establishment on the 17th of June. I was suffering from cancer in the leg of eleves years' growth. All my friends know it was a terrible case, my sufferings having been great and constant. I have tried many medical men, and attended tka Hospital in Dr. Pliilsou's time, but could get no relief or hope of cure. For the last seven years it) has been getting worse, and I have been constantly racked with pain, not being able to get more than half-an hour's sleep at a time. I could not put tr.y foot to the ground during all that time, the sinews of my leg being contracted. My bowels were quit« torpid, no action without artificial aid; in fact, I had no hope of relief nor any prospect of being cured. All was dark, but now, thank God, all this is changed, and I feel it my duty to others who are suffering to make publicly known the facts of iuj case. After being three days under treatment on th« Edenic Diet all pain was removed, ray sleep was fully restored. No sleepless nights trouble me now. I rise feeling refreshed and well. Perfectly action of the bowels was established ; and, wonder, ful to say, on the fourth day the muscles of my lea; relaxed, and my foot came to the ground without any pain. In fact the cure has been going on by a painless process ever since. I have found no inconvenience whatever from the change of diet. On the contrary, I find it pleasant and feel no desire for the cooked food. I never suffer now from constipation, my leg has a healthy appearance, and is getting well fast. I cannot speak too highly of the kind and skilful nursing I have received from Mrs. Warmoll and her assistants. With thanks, I remain, Yours faithfully, ANNIE RUSSELL. Sunny Brae, Lake Takapuna.
