A NEW UNION.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dctnedik, Thursday. At a meeting of employes in the building trade, attended by about 250 persons, it was resolved that the formation of a Union was absolutely necessary, and those present pledged themselves to form such a Union. A committee was appointed, comprising representatives from carpenters, painters, slaters, brickmakers, masons, bricklayers, plasterers, and labourers, to draw up rules to be submitted to a future meeting.
