At the Police Court yesterday Duncan Neilson was lined £2 and costs £1 17s for driving a pair of horses furiously from the Whatawha'ta racecourse through Victoriastreet, Hamilton, on the afternoon of April 2, whither he had come for more beer for trie people at the races.
