Octr Waipiro (Waiapu) correspondent, writing on thoOth instant, says t— News has just come in from " the buck " (by which id meant any and all of the out stations inland the homestead) that the Matnhia wool-shed, 100 feet by 50 —complete in every detail, and containing a wool press worth £200, also a quantity of station produce, and all the essentials for shearing, which is to take [jlti.ee in a day or two—was totally destroyed by lire this morning. It is believed to be partially, if not wholly, insured. No cause is aligned for the conflagration at present.
