Rkcbkn Park.—A noon yesterday an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders in the Reuben Parr G. Si. Co. was held at Mr. F. A. \\ hite's office. The business was of a formal nature. The sale of the mine was confirmed, and the following resolution, jxvwed at a previous meeting, was also ratified : " That the Reuben Parr Gold Mining Corapany (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. F. A. White be appointed liquidator. [Br TKLKORAPH. —OWN COHRKSrONDKMTS.] I Tha sits, Thursday. Cambria. —The rise u[>on the hangingwall of the main reef above No. 3 level has been connected with the bottom of an old winze sunk some 20 feet below No. 2 level. Moasataiari. — Blotches of gold wero seen to-day when breaking a portion of the Reuben Parr rcot at Point Russell level. The reef is about IS inches thick, and composed of kindly-looking quart*. Saxon*.—About 4lb of f«cked stone wero obtained from No. - reef in tho eastern drive at No. 5 level to-day. To-night a start will bo made to break down a part of No. 1 reef in the same drive, there being about 10 feet, "tripped. Wabdiui's Court.— following applications were dealt with to-day :—T. H. Russell, Victoria ef>ecial claim, Waihi, adjourned to 7th November ; R. N. Plummer, SingajK>re, Upper Tararu, granted : J. H. Russell, Nut, Waihi, adjourned to 19th instant : E. McDonnell, Romulus and Remus, Upj/er Tararu, adjourned to lfrth instant; D. R. Gillion, waterrace, Upper Tararu, adjourned to 19th instant; R. Foster, waterrace, Upper Waiotahi, granted.
