Sydney, January 14. Mr. G. R. Dibbs has succeeded in forming a Ministry. The following portfolios have been allotted :— Premier and Colenial Secretary, Q. R. Dibbs.
Attorney-General, Edmund Barton. Minister of Public Works, James Fletcher.
Colonial Treasurer, James Patrick Garvin. Minister of Justice, Thomas Miohael Slattery.
Postmaster-General, Henry Clarke. Secretary of Lands, William John Lyne. Minister of Mines, John Moore Charter. Minister of Public Instruction, William H. Suttor, M.L.C.
President of the Legislative Council, and Vice-President of the Executive Counoil, Hon. John Lockey, M.L.C.
