[by telegraph.—press association , .] Wellington*, Tuesday. JuDGMKNT was delivered in Chambers by the Chief Justice in the case of the New Zealand Land Settlement v. Rhodes' trustees, claim for calls. Judgmentwas given for plaintiffs for £345 10s, together with interest at 10 per cent, to the 15th December last, and 15 per cent, from that date to the present time, plaintiffs to pay the defendants costs. In the case of the New Zealand Land Settlement Co. v. Mcßeth, judgment was given for £166 11s sd, including interest at 10 per cent, to 15th December last, costs to be on the lowest scale.
