Floquet, in the course of recent addresses, has strongly opposed the Boulanger agitation, and. lias stated that the first duty of . the Ministry will he to unite the Chamber > against C.'Bsarism. M. Sadi-Camot, the President, visits the South of France on the 26th inst. Boulanger visits the _ northern provinces about the same time. . •
