London, April 13. : The larynx of the German Emperor Frederick 111. is worse. Sir M. McKenzie has been summoned for • the purpose of consulting with Professor JBergmann. . * ■ Berlin, April 13. It is believed that the malady from which the Emperor Frederick is suffering has now attacked the trachea, and that another tube has been inserted.
