LOCAL GOVERNMENT BILL.
DIVISION IN THE TORY PARTY. [press association.] London, April 6. Mary of the members of the Tory party are determined not to adopt a whole the Local Government Bill introduced by the Government, and it is thought that if the Government persist in forcing through the Bill, they may bo defeated. The Radicals are exultant.
