J THE NEGUS SUING FOR PEACE. [press association.] * Massowah, March 30. The Negus of Abyssinia, fearing a, famine, considers that an attack on the Italian troops would be hopeless, and he sues for peace. -The Italian officers are favourable to the request- being granted, provided, that the positions held at present by the Negus are ceded to them.
