SUPPOSED ATTEMPT ON THE CZAR.
[reoteb's telegram.] St. Petersburg, April 10. A man named Gill, with bombs in his possession, was arrested on Wednesday last in a street in this city through which the Emperor and Empress were about to pass. A special to the Press Association says:—Before Gill's arrest, the Czar stopped to receive a petition. The petitioner was also seized on suspicion of being an accomplice.
