RAILWAY REFORM—"ANOTHER COLONIST."
TO THIS EDITOR. * Sib,—Will "Another Colonist" be good enough to give the titles and publishers of the works of Mr. Price-Williams he refers to in his letter of the 15th Inst., &a I shall be glad to procure and read them. lam aware that he has written a great many papers, showing how cheaply railways oan be worked, and that he haa done a large amonnfe of good in this respect; bat lam not aware of any work of his dealing with railway policy, aftd I am under the impression he told me he had not written any work on the subject. What we are now dealing with i« not a question of price but of policy.. " Another Colonist" appears to belong to the class who cannot distinguish between the two things.l am, etc., Samuel Vail*. , Auckland, March 16, 1887. ;
