THAMES HOSPITAL BOARD.

[BY TELEGBAPH, —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Thames, Monday. At a meeting of the Hospital Board a reply was received from the hospital trustees, stating that they could not admit inourables, but that if the Board erected a building for thom, the doctor's services would be available. A long debate ensued, during which it was shown that no objection had been raised to incurables nntil the present trusteee took office. The matter was ultimately ad jouraed for a month. Dr. Williams' letter complaining of the relieving officer sending him on wild goose chases was read. Many members seemed of opinion that there was friction between the two officials. A resolution was passed expressing regret to the trustees that the circumstances had arisen, ind tbat the Board desired the relieving officer to work in harmony with the hospital doctor, and would endeavour in future to see tbat the desire was carried out.
