CHARGE OF ROBBERY.

[by telegraph.—own correspondent.] Paeroa, Saturday. Matthew Kinsblla, farmer, of Waihi, was summoned yesterday on a charge of robbery from the person. The accused menaced a Maori named Herapu, whose father owed him money, and threatened him with violence unless he paid, taking the native's leggings at the same time from his person. Kinsella admitted the charge to Constable Mitohell, who served the summons.
