SUPREME COURT — CRIMINAL SITTINGS.
The Criminal Sittings of the Supreme Court will oommenoe before Mr, Justice Ward at eleven o'clock this morning, and it is necessary that jurors, witnesses, and partieß interested should be promptly in attendance at that hour. The calendar is a heavy one, as will be seen from the following list of cases: — William Henry Jones, false pretences, forging and uttering (3 charges); John Livesey, forging and uttering (4 charges); George Russell, larceny; Alfred Patterson, larceny ; Richard Burke, assault with intent to comttit rape; Emanuel Hira, breaking and entering ; John Grant Forsyth, (4 charges); John Howard, breaking and entering ; William Fiddler, Robert Sergeant, and Richard Weston, laroeny; Otto Fandre, unlawfully wounding; John Caffrey and Henry Albert Penn, murder; James Hynch, George Waters, and William O'Brien, breaking and entering; Edward Lavery and George Camnell, stealing from the person ; Matilda Jones, alias Wetheridge, unlawfully wounding; John Joseph Knash and Thomas Wheeler Leadbeater, malicious injury to property; John McNamara, larceny; William Wilson, forging and uttering and false pretences; Thomas Daniels and John Scarborough, breaking and entering ; Joseph Johnson and Henry Sayers, arson ; William Anderson, larceny as a bailee ; Henry Brady, personation; Thomas Kelly, aiding and abetting at personation; and James Saunders Gibbons, arson.
