Some alarm is felt by the residents of Woodhaugh Valley, owing to alleged leaks in the embankment of the Ross Creek reservoir, and the city councillors visited the spot this afternoon, and, although scouting the idea of any leak existing, agreed to draw off the reservoir for cleaning and inspection."
