A circular note has been addressed to the Great Powers by the Sublime Porte inviting the delegates to a Conference, to be held at Constantinople, the object being restricted to the consideration of the Roumelian question. A joint note has been despatched to Servia from the Powers, warning her against the consequences of maintaining the present bellicose attitude. The majority of the Great Powers have agreed to the proposed Conference on the Roumelian question, and the first sitting of the Conference will take place on the 26th October.
