Ray's Leodogran went a mile at half-pace, as also did Leon and Lyon, Fusilade and Rocket, and Conundrum went two miles at little more than half-apoed. J. Armstrong gave Archduke a three miles' sweat on the tan, Spade Guinea accompanying him the last two miles. H. Lunn sent Irish King once round at threequarter pace, and Kingask, with rugs on, went three times round the plough. Canard cantered three miles on the tan. P. Butler's Fusilier and Charmer did a brisk gallop once round the plough, and Tim YVhifller, accompanied by Talebearer, covered two miles at three-quarter pace. Artillery had a flutter for half a mile. T. Lyford gave Barringtou steady work twice round the tan, and W. C. Webb's Ironsides and Wave colt wont once round the plough at a good half pace. ISLAND BAY RACKS. Wellington, Friday. The following are the acceptances for to-morrow's racss at Island Bay :— Hurdle Rack.—Macaroni, Erebus, Director, Miss Agnes, Loch Lomond, and Melrose.
