ACCIDENTS AT ARARIMU SOUTH.
Mr. D. McBERyKY, of Drury, is suffering from a kick which he received from a horse whilst engaged in removing part of a threshing machine. He was taken to the Hospital, and lay in a critical condition for a few uays, buS is at present doing as well as can be expected. ~ A son of Mr. MoPherson, who resides nei.r RuncimanV CrossiDg, broke his collarbone by coming in contact with a branch of a pine tree whilst riding. : Mr. G. B. Hare, of the South-road, Ramararna, is bedridden through a severe stroke of paralysis. . The young man John Aitcheson, in the Makarau bush on tho 25th April, whilst engaged in jaoking logs, was the eldest son of Mr. James Aitcheaon, of Maketu, Opaheke. He was a quiet young man, and well liked by those who knew hirn, and regret is expressed at his untimely end.—|.Own Correspondent, May 6.]
