Ringarooma arrived in harbour at 10 o'clock yesterday morning from Sydney. Captain James Tozer reports having left Sydney on the 10th instant, at 5.30 p.m., passed the Three Kings at 2 p.m., acd the North Cape at 6 p.m. on the 14th instant; passed the s.s. Hauroto on the 12th inst., at 4 p.m., and the P.M. s.s. Australia on the 14th instant, at 1.45 p.m., from hence to Sydney. Had light south-easterly winds and fine weather during the passage. We BTe indebted to the purser, Mr. R. Guy, for report of passage, etc. The Ringarooma leaves for Sydney to-day, at 2 p.m. The schooner Kate McGregor arrived in harbour yesterday morning from the Line Islands with a cargo of copra. Captain Hay ward reports Left Aranulea on December 20, and sighted the Three Kings on January 13, and arrivsd ai above. Had very changeable weather throughout. Particulars are given in another column of a fight between the natives of two of the islands of tha Gilbert Group, at which the Kate McGregor called during her cruise. The brig Annabell arrived from Newcastle yesterday afternoon. Captain Horne reports having left Newcastle on the4tb inst., made the Three Kings on the 13th, and arrived as above. Bad N.E. and N. winds and fine weather for title first part of the voyage, and N.W. and S.W. winds thence to arrival. The schooner Gisborne arrived from Poverty iSay and the East Coast yesterday morning, ■with the following cargo 370 sacks maize, 21 Racks fungus, 6 hides, 40 cheese, 24 bales wool, 7-4 piga, 9 packages sundries. The steamship Ruipehu left Plymouth on ®he 12th instaßt for Auckland direct. She has 100 Government immigrants on board besides other passengers. The ship Waitangi, which arrived at Lyttelton on Sunday, reports having spoken the Turakina, bound for Auckland, in lat. 43' S., long. 45' E. This was on the 19th of December. The schooner Myrtle, hence, on December 16, arrived at Tonga after a fine passage of ten days. The schooner Flirt left Tonga for Sydney on Deoember 15, and the John Wesley was to leave for the same port on December 21. The barque Antares was taken into dock yesterday. The schooner Kate McGregor reports sighting on January 11th, in lat. 31deg. 27m. S., long. 17SSdeg. 59m. E., a Hamburg 'brig bonnd for Tfchiti. The brigantine Clansman left Brisbane for tills port on the Bth instant. The schooner Onward, hence, arrived at Sydney on the 7th instant. The s.s. Macgregor left for Whangarei last evening. The B.S. Douglas is to leave the Manukau, for Hokianga, at ten o'clock this morning.
