Douglas, s.s., Mc Arthur, for Waitara. Passengers—Messrs. Thomas, 0. F. Hare, Young, Parish, and three others. —A. Barnes, agent. IMPORTS. Pee s.s. Douglas, from Waitara : 20 head cattle, and 13 packages. Per s.s. L&IU Rookb, from Waitara ; 20 head cattle and 16 packages sundries. The steamers Lal-' -, .aookh and Douglas arrived from Waitara early yesterday morning, with stock. The former returned thither at 10 twin., and the latter at 1.30 p.m., with 130 bags flour, 40 mats suear, and 15 tons sundriesu The steamers Rowena and Hannah Mokau should put in an appearance this morning from Waitara, and RagUn, and Kawhia respectively.
