[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wanganui, Thursday. Constables Meehan and Stanton retnrned from Murimotu to-night with Arapeta, the ringleader in the interference with Thorp's survey party. Arapeta, who offered no resistance, was arrested without difficulty under warrant on a charge of the larceny of theodolites. He will be brought before the 8..M. to-morrow.
