THE WELLINGTON CONSPIRACY CASE.

[BY TELr.URAI'JI.— I'KKSS ASSOCIATION'.] Wellixht.j.n', Friday. The case of George Longhurst has not yet been finally dealt with by the Cabinet. It is considered indispensable that Ministers should be in possession of a complete record of the case in all its varied stages, and this has been in course of preparation since the Court of Appeal pronounced judgment. Copies of the numerous (.'jeuni'mts, judgments, notes, depositions, &c, are now almost ready, and when these are complete the case will come before the Cabinet for final decision.
