[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchitrch, Tuesday. . One of the health officers, in the course of his enquiries, discovered a case where scarlatina existed in the house of a person supplying milk. Underneath the bed on which the childill-was lying,ho accidentally looked, and,found an open pan of milk, which.was to be sold. People are very scared about the milk supply, since the recent revelation. ■'.■
