Also, S sections in the same block, varying between purchase on deferred payments, at :iOs per acre, by application on Wednesday, the 24th dav of November, IsSO. If two or more applications are put in on the same day for the same section, it will bo put up to auction between the applicants on the day following. Note.—The land is situate 10 miles from Fielding and S miles from jlalcombe, and is connected thereto by good roads. Each section is accessible, the timber on the road-lines within the blocks having been felled, and 3Sit of roadway cleared. The soil is Rood all over, level and undulating, some portion hilly, covered with krest, mixed quality. Maps and schedules can be seen at the Land Offlcc, Auckland, and copies obtained by application at the Land Office, Wellington.
