BANKRUPTCY. Re Dennis 'Wright.—A meeting of creditors was held yesterday in this estate. The debtor is of DO trade or profession, but has a pension, which, it appears, is not available as a fund to ibe divided among creditors. The liabilities were set down at £220, and the assets nil. Mr. I Macffarlane was appointed trustee. Re John Grey. The debtor in this oaso is a storekeeper at Kawakawa, Bay of Islands. The liabilities were set down at £673 4s Si The estate has been liquidated, and 3s 8d in the £1 raid to the creditors. The trustee brought up his report, and said he saw no objection to the debtor obtaining the creditors' certificate. The ordinary resolution was passed, recommending the debtor to the favourable consideration of the Judge of the Supremo Court, upon application for his discharge from his liabilities.
