Governor of tho Colony of New Zealand, by and with tbe advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by the heroinb-fore in pnrt recited Act, and of any other power and authority 6nab'ing mo in th t behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare tint ih*> land described in the Schedule hereto Is hereby ta'-ten for tho purpose as aforesaid; and that, from and after tho twentieth day of February. 1579, tbe land so described shall bee me absolu ely vested in fee simple In Her Majesty, discharged from all mortgages, charges, claims, estates, and interests of what kind soever, lor use as aforesaid.
