THE AUCKLAND STEAM PACKET

COMPANY. A general meeting of the shareholders of the Auckland Steam Packet Company was held on Friday, 21st June, at the office of Messrs. Combes and Daldy, for the purpose of passing a resolution to the effect that the company's estate had been fairly wound-up. Daldy, jun., seconded, the following resolution :—"That this general meeting of the Auckland Steam Packet Company, in liquidation, approve of the winding-up accounts of the liquidators, and declare that the affairs of the company have been fairly wound-up, and that the said company be herewith dissolved." The resolution was passed unanimously, and the meeting terminated with the usual vote of thanks to the chairman.
