P.] Vagrancy axd Disorderly Cojtdcct.— Mary O'Brien, an old offender, was charged with having beeu drunk aud disorderly in Queen street; also with being a rogue au.l vagabond, and a habitual drunkard, and with having been previously convicted as an idle, disorderly person. For the first offence she was fined 20s and costs, or in default 4S hours' imprisonment with hard labour, with five days' additional imprisonment, as it was her third olfouee within three mouths : and on the second charge she was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, the sentences to run concurrently.
