The Olago Daily Times thinks that it will bo found to be a mistake to amalgamate the Otago Police Force with the Armed Constabulary. The man who answered an advertisement to the followirig'cffect had his curiosity satistied :—" If you would learn to make a home happy, send half-a-crown in postage stamps to A.8.," &c.
