"IT* AST AND WEST INDIA DOCK JCJ COMPANY, BLACK WALL, LONDON. The undersigned desires to call the attention of shippers of wool to the superior advantages offered by the above Company for the receiving, storage, shew, sale, and delivery of wool, in their new warehouses recently erected. These warehouses are constructed with two floors and cellars, and are capable of shewing from 5000 to 7000 bales of wool—about the whole of one day's sale. They are situated so close to the Quay sida that wool is discharged direct into them from the ship's hold: while at tho back of the warehouses are lines of railway communicating with all the priucipal lailway systems of Great 1-ritain. Wool can thus be sent to its destination directly it is sold, either by lighter from the waterside or by railway. The arrangements for delivery are so complete that more than once during the past wool season from 3000 to ISOO bales were delivered from these warehouses; in one day. There is, moreov. r, a better light, with a more extended view of the wool on shew, and therefore lcs3 labour to the buyer—while to the seller the warehouses afford greater safety from deterioration or loss of weight from any cause whatever, than any of the uptown warehouses. A plan of the Docks and photographs of different parts of tho Buildings can be seen at the New Zealand Herald Office. SHIRLEY W. lIILL. October 11,1574. O T ICE.
