' Winding-up Chahges.—Some time since it was Btated that tho Official Agent had paid into Court £1400 in fees and charges. His Worship said tho exact sum paid in was £508 9s; of that Bum £159 13s had boon returned, leaving a sum of £349 actually paid in. Mr. Roes now said that the £1400 included tho costs paid by order of tho Court. His Honor said it should have been so stated. Mr. Roes, who appeared for tho Official Agont, said he had intended to mention the matter beforo, but it had escaped l his memory. •

Loud Nelson G-.M. Co.—This schedule (second) was confirmed. Second Schedules.—Tho first schedules brought into Court and settled had been collected to tho utmnat.extent, but they had not realized the amount necessary to liquidate tho debts of tho respectivo companies to which ■thoy related. Tho second schedule iB a further means provided by tho Act to collect the balance duo from shareholders liable to contribute.

WatebpatJi G-.M. Co.—Mr. Rees Baid that efforts wero being mado in this case to compromise, andasked for an adjournment, in the hope of a settlement. Adjourned to next Court-day.

Bonne Espbhance G-.M. Co.—Mr. Madden appeared for Mr. Wesley Spraggan, objector. Tho objection in the first instance was, that several personß liable to contribute hid not paid. Adjourned to next Court-day.

California Route G.M. Co.—This schedule was confirmed without opposition.

Dayspbing G.M. Co. —Mr. Alexander opposed on behalf of Dr. Carl Fischer, and said thero wero others liablo who had not paid. His Honor said tho first shedulo did not appear to have been thoroughly exhausted. Mr. Warner said ho had done all he possibly could to get in the amounts. Adjourned for a month. MEiHOPOLiTAX G.M. Co.—Mrs. H. Walker objected upon the ground of coverture. Namo struck of. Haep and Siuitiiock G.M. Co.— Mr. Madden objected on behalf of a shareholder, and application was made for an adjournment on behalf of the company, in order to apply for an order to strike out a claim of £60, mado by ono Scanlin. Adjourned to next Court-day.
