Some magnilieont specimens hare been taken out of the new leader in the Eureka Company's ground to-day, and shaves have been sought after at from ISs lo 20s. The Royal Alfred takes up GSO ounces of gold from the Shotovor. Last evening she had three boxes for the Union Bank. In tho Warden's Court, to-day, judment was delivered by 3£r. "Warden Davy in the ease of Lncon and others v. JtcLeod aud others, which was a claim on the part of the plaintiffs' for possjssion of a piece of the ground claimed by McLcod at Tokatea. His Worship went carefully over tho points ill the evidence, and concluded by giving judgment for the plaintiffs, who aro though confirmed in possession of the Excelsior claim, Coromandel.
