WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL. PROPOSED SPECIAL LOAN In the matter of the Municipal Coiporations Act, 1900. THE Council of the City of Wellington herebv gives public notice that such Council proposes to borrow (bv way of Special Loan within the moaning of tihe Municipal Corporations Act 1900) the sum of Tw o Hundred and Thirty Thousand Pounds, to be expended in improving and extending the water-supply system of the City of Wellington and acquiring further lands in connection therewith The Council proposes to pledge a Special Rate of One Peiuiv in the Pound on tihe ratable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all ratable property within the City of Wellington as security for the said loan of two hundred and thirty thousand pounds and the interest^ and sinking fund thereon. I f is proposed that the whole amount of tlio loan shall be repayable at the expiration of a term of thirty years computed from the first day of June, 1902. Dated this fifteenth dav of March 1902 J.
