{Communicated.) Saturday night from 9 o'clock. —A fine star light night, and all safe and secure till the morning; the police came round at 11 o’clock and 5 in the morning. Sunday night, 8 o’clock. —A very dark and cloudy night, all safe and secure till morning. The police came round at 11 o’clock, 3 ditto, and 6 ditto. I reported to the police that some man lodges under the boats all night, close to the Exchange. o
