NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That a County Court of Civil and Criminal Judicature for the Southern District of New Ulster, will he holden at Barrett’s Hotel, at Wellington aforesaid, on Tuesday, the lGth instant, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon precisely, when all persons under recognizance to appear as prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, before such Court, are required to give their attendance then and there; and all persons who have appeals to interpose or other business to transact, are desired to give their attendance, time and place aforesaid.
