The Valley Road, the shortest to the Wairoa, passes through the centre of the farm, and it is fenced in on either side. The Papakura river runs through it, giving abundance of water at all times, and the greater part of the land is of superior quality. There is a small dwelling-house, detached house for servants, large barn, and stables on the property, which is well wooded and very picturesque, situated about two miles from the Great South Road, and fifteen miles from Auckland. The crop (47 acres) of oats is remarkably full, and the grass on it is now capable of fattening from 500 to 700 sheep. Persons desiroui to see the property will have every facility given to them by applying at the Haymarket. Terms :—£l,ooo can remain on security of the property at 10 percent., and moiety of the balanee cash at <all of the hammer; the remainder within three months with bank interest.
