The Contractors will be bound to issue the killed Meat in detail to the Troops at all places where he may be required by the Commissary-General or Officer authorised by him to do so ; and till labour, mateiial, and accommodation at all the posts to be found by the Contractors. Payment in Treasury Hills will be made monthly for the quantities shown on the Commissariat Accounts as having been received.
