FIRST DAY. MAIDEN PLATE.

25 Sovereigns. Weight for age : once round the course ; heats.

LADIES' PURSE. 25 Sovereigns. Weight 12 stone ; twice round the Course; single event; Gentlemen riders. MAORI RACE.

Racing Saddle, Bridle and Whip, presented by Mr. Gibson, of Auckland, a SweepStakes of dOs. each to be run for, and ridden by, Aborigines. Twice round; heats. GARRISON PLATE. 25 Sovereigns. Weight, 42 stone; once round ; heats ; Gentlemen riders. INNKEEPERS' PURSE.

30 Sovereigns. Weight forage; once round and a distance; Jieats.

SECOND DAY. HURDLE RACE.

25 Sovereigns. Weight, i 1 stone ; single event; twice round; with six leaps, three feet six inches high. MAIDEN PRODUCE STAKES. 20 Sovereigns. Weight for age , once round . heats. HACK RACE. 10 Sovereigns. Once round and a distance; single event.

METROPOLITAN PLATE.

40 Sovereigns. Weight for age ; twice round heats. The winner of last year's Plate to carry 7 lbs. extra. CONSOLATION STAKES, Tor beaten horses of the week to be handicapped by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. Twice round ; single event.

Entrance money 10 per cent, on amount given.

Horses to start for the First Race, each

day, at one o'clock precisely. The Bell for Saddling and coming to the Post, will be rung at half-past twelve, and five- minutes before one o'clock each day. The Racing will be conducted in strict ac cordance with the existing Rules of the "New Ulster Jockey Club." and all fines and penalties on Trainers and Riders will be strictly enforced.

N.B.— Entrances for the several Races will , be received by the Stewards, at the Jockey Club Room, on Thursday the 50th instant, between the hours of one and 3 o'clock, at which hour they will close.
