THE Undersigned Committee, appointed at the Meeting held at the Exchange Hotel, on Monday, October 11th, are prepared to pay a reward of 1 500 certain, and such further sum as the net subscriptions shall amount to (probably i5OO more) to the first person who shall discover, and make known to them a valuable gold field, situate in this district of New Zealand, between the 33° 40', and 58° of south latitude. CLOVERS, LUCERNE, & GRASS SEEDS. JUST received, ex "Phoenician," the following splendid collection of SEEDS. They have been imported by the Undersigned at a considerable cost with a view of improving the pastures of these colonies; there are also some kinds expressly ordered for scattering round Homesteads and Sheep Stations. Farmers and Graziers desirous of having a portion of them, if only to raise seed, will please apply at once. 20 cwt. white Dutch clover seed 10 ditto red clover seed 20 ditto Lucerne 200 bushels pure Italian rye grass seed.
