He would like to hnvo somo explanation on the sublet, Mr Allen replied that Sir, Joseph Ward had evidently not read the re port, -which stated that the loss was entirely duo to the uurciiiuneiatuc rate of interest Sir Joseph Ward said ho had retr-n ed the report, but that did not account ;for tho discrepancy.
